How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number.
What are your delivery options?
Currently all orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. We offer local delivery as well. These fees will now be assessed in the amount of $10 within the Sumter/Columbia, SC areas of South Carolina. There will also be a 10-minute wait time window. The fee has to be paid ahead of delivery. If you so choose, your items can be mailed.
How do I return an item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All custom orders are "FINAL SALE" and cannot be returned no refunded.
Exchanges: Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt in NEW UNWORN condition. A return label will be provided; however, customer will be responsible for postage on exchanged merchandise.
Please contact us for a RMA at inbox@ethanandmarshall.com. Any items returned without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
Do you offer expedited orders?
For any orders needing to be processed before the 5-10 business day time-frame, there will be a $50 non-refundable expedite fee.

Do you provide International delivery?
At this time, we do not have international delivery. All sales are US only.
What is your returns policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
What is your order processing time?
Each order will be processed within 3-5 business days, not including shipping time.
Custom Orders: Custom orders will be processed within 5-10 business days, not including shipping time. There will be a 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of order… NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
